Engineering process layout:
1. Spray line: upper conveyor chain - spray coating - drying (10 minutes, 180 ℃ -220 ℃) - cooling - unloading
2. Spray painting line: Upper conveyor chain - electrostatic precipitator - primer - leveling - topcoat - leveling - drying (30 minutes, 80 ℃) - cooling - lower part
Paint spraying mainly includes oil spray painting rooms and water curtain painting rooms, which are widely used for surface coating of bicycles, automotive steel plate springs, and large loaders.
